- Abhishek MClean place, very helpful staff! We were very happy to stay at this place — the cleanliness of the room and the helpful nature of the staff were excellent. Also the breakfast (Aloo Parathe) was absolutely delicious! We spent a nights at tiger home and we also booked our safari though tiger home (Rs.1500 per person, per safari, for canter - Different rates with different operator). We took a safari in canter. The area of Sawai Madhopur is quite a strange place, it seems people only visit for a tiger safari or to get married (very loud weddings happening…)
- Aravind ROur first visit to Ranthambore and this place " Tiger Home " made it unforgettable. All the rooms were clean and tidy. Right from the safari bookings everything was perfectly taken care off. The hospitality shown by Mr. Dharmaraj and his team was simply exemptional. The food was pretty good and the cook was very friendly and food can be customized as per the customers needs. The safari vehicle picks up and drops at the Tiger home itself. This is definitely a must stay place at Ranthambore and highly recommended for people who likes to go on safaris. We booked for 3 safaris and we saw 4 tigers in total. Planned to visit this place again by next year.
- Hansika SExcellent rooms and probably the best staff. It's a pet friendly place which is the best part. The owner is really nice in person and it's probably the best place to stay at in Ranthambhore. Already missing this place.
Tiger Home is a home away from home at Sawai Madhopur, near Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve. A 20-year old dream come true for Hemraj Meena, a local villager and one of Ranthambhore’s leading naturalists, we aim to make wildlife enthusiasts enjoy the same comforts and delights as their own home, even as they experience the joys of Ranthambhore’s amazing wildlife. At the same time, we give back to the local community by employing only locals as our staff.
Fitted with all modern amenities and facilities, we aim to provide our guests with an affordable, comfortable and homely experience versus that of a ‘resort’. In addition to all the comfort of home, you can spend time with like- minded wildlife enthusiasts, or enjoy your evenings with a drink, recounting your own experiences or listening to Hemraj relate some of his many, many memorable tiger stories from Ranthambhore.
